Devi Flow Restorative 1-2 A great relaxing and restorative flow for all levels including beginners. This practice explores a slower, deeper way of moving as a method of self discovery.

Devi Flow 1-2 A more upbeat & dynamic flow; perfect for experienced beginners and veteran yogi’s desiring a strong, invigorating, purifying practice. As always, you are encouraged to move at your own pace and rest when needed.

Devi Flow 2 Closer to self-guided practice, this flow will challenge and excite as it moves you toward optimal fitness, strength and vitality. Advanced postures included, less instruction, and more emphasis on the esoteric aspects of Yoga.
