Gentle Yoga (Extra Mild)-TT ...an extra mild relaxing and
restorative flow that is perfect for beginners and those who want a very
gentle and healing practice. This class will release stress and tensions and
restore peace of mind in an extra gentle way.
Gentle Yoga (Mild) ...a great relaxing and restorative flow for all
levels including beginners. Emphasis is on releasing stress and
tension, restoring peace of mind and healing the body. This practice
explores a slower, deeper way of moving to generate the sense of
serenity. Lots of lower back and hip openers to heal on deep
levels!
Devi Flow (Mild/Medium) ...all the elements of our mild
also adding some gentle strengthening and balancing to recharge and
revitalize on a deep level.
Devi Vinyasa Flow (Medium) ...a moderate and invigorating
flow to dramatically increase an overall sense of well-being. Emphasis
is on rejuvenating and recharging yourself on all levels: body, mind, heart
and soul. Sun salutes, balance and core strength are added to the
basic principles of our mild practice.
Devi Vinyasa Flow (Medium w/ a Bit of
Spice) ...a
bit more dynamic and upbeat flow than Medium that will challenge and excite as it moves you
toward optimal fitness strength, vitality and self-awareness. It is an invigorating, purifying and detoxifying practice that can lead top
new heights of self-discovery, health and transformation. Everyone is welcome and you are always encouraged to move
at your own pace and rest when you need to.
